Our Floor Plan Review & Refinement service is designed for clients who want clarity and confidence early — before structural layouts and key components are locked in.
 

We review your sketch or early construction drawings as provided by your architect or builder, assessing layout, flow and functionality through real-life use and everyday scenarios. Our focus is on improving how the home works, refining layout and spatial relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve aesthetics and cost efficiency while changes are still achievable.
 

You’ll receive professionally annotated plans with suggested layout improvements, supported by relevant inspiration examples to clearly communicate intent. These documents are prepared to be handed back to your builder or architect for review and amendment.
 

Once this stage is complete, many clients proceed with our New Home Selections service, where joinery, materials and finishes are refined in a cohesive and considered way.
