Hey, I’m Chelsea — founder of Devise Design & Selections.

I come from a building and construction background and have spent years working across building, selections, interior design and renovations. That experience has shaped the way I work today — with a strong focus on functionality first. I believe a home needs to work effortlessly for everyday life before anything else comes into play.

I’m naturally drawn to floor plans and layout design and love working through the details early, when changes are still possible. Spotting potential issues before construction begins and helping clients avoid common design and selection mistakes is a big part of what I do.

I work closely with my clients and value clear, honest communication. My goal is to make the process feel considered and supportive, so you can move forward feeling informed, confident and comfortable with the decisions you’re making.

Outside of work, I’m an early riser who enjoys starting the day with a run. My dogs are rarely far away, and when I’m not working you’ll usually find me at the horses or enjoying a quiet breakfast date with my husband.
