You’ll receive clear documentation, including a consolidated selections specification and supporting notes, prepared to be shared directly with your builder. This ensures your decisions are clearly communicated and accurately implemented.

This service is typically undertaken once your floor plan and structural layout have been finalised and often follows our Floor Plan Review & Refinement service.
